Maintenance Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our mechanical, electrical and contractor maintenance teams. This pivotal leadership role will oversee maintenance across our site facilities to ensure high equipment reliability, compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead maintenance activities across kiln, mining and site facilities.
  • Supervise mechanical, electrical and contractor teams.
  • Manage preventative and unplanned maintenance, shutdowns and compliance.
  • Ensure safety standards, regulatory requirements and performance targets are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement and team development.
  • Support planning, project execution and contractor management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a mechanical trade background with at least 5 years' experience in heavy industry or mining. You must also have proven leadership experience in a 24/7 manufacturing or processing environment.

  • Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in heavy industry or mining.
  • Certificate IV in Leadership or equivalent.
  • Statutory Supervisor Certificate of Competency.
  • Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
