This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead a skilled team, ensuring our client's standards of garden maintenance are met and exceeded. Responsibilities

- Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.

About You

- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- ACDC License (highly regarded)
- MR License
- White Card
- Valid Drivers' license
- Team player with excellent communication skills
