Senior Administrative Assistant for Litigation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial Litigation team.

  • Job Description:
  • This is an exciting role that offers training and development opportunities in the Litigation space. You will work closely with our team of Commercial Litigation lawyers on various matters, including:
  • Matters Management:
    • Prepare and manage files, records, and correspondence.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Manage and maintain our practice management system.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Solicitors as needed.
    • Assist with diary management, email management, and other tasks.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary (any area of law), excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
