Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support and service to staff and clients, processing and collating client documentation as needed.
  • Witness documents and attend clients as required, arranging filing and service of court documents efficiently.
  • Assist with new client enquiries, liaising with clients and witnesses to ensure seamless communication.
  • Draft documents and correspondence, and assist with settlement conferences, mediations, and hearings.
  • Prepare briefs and disclosure material, arranging appointments with specialists and experts as necessary.
  • Attend Court to instruct Counsel, undertaking administrative duties such as organising calendars and booking appointments for clients and the team.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Litigation Paralegal role is essential.
