Establish yourself as a key member of a reputable law firm's Commercial Litigation team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior litigation lawyers.
  • Manage case files on an advanced cloud-based practice management system.
  • Develop, refine, and finalize complex legal documents and correspondence.
  • Stay up-to-date with client matters and promptly notify clients of any changes.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and other legal professionals.
  • Organize calendars and oversee end-of-month billing procedures.
Requirements
  • A genuine desire for professional growth in the field of Legal Secretaries.
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal is essential.
  • Prior experience in Commercial Litigation would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Leap software is highly regarded and can be advantageous in this role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is crucial.
