Customer Experience Manager

 

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable in-store experience. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction by ensuring that our team members are empowered to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture by promoting a deep understanding of our customers' needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the retail leadership team to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer feedback, including compliments and complaints, and provide regular updates to the management team.
