We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Officer.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and building meaningful relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service and support to our clients.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
  • Conduct identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews.
  • Promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.
  • Assist customers with mail lodgements and associated costs.
  • Develop rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Support administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

About You:

  • You're friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
  • You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact in your community.
  • You're physically fit and able to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly, and stand for your shift.
