As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing human resource/employee relations advice, case management, and participation in the performance and development review process.


This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in HR and a passion for delivering business-focused solutions.


About the role:



  • Provide advice and coaching to business leaders on employee engagement and best practices.
  • Interpret contracts, agreements, and industrial legislation to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate the resolution of complex or sensitive employee matters and coach line management on people policies.
  • Support leaders to optimise operations and improve productivity through business-focused HR plans and strategies.
  • Work with the leadership team to strengthen succession planning and identify talent within the organisation.
  • Lead and deliver communications to the workforce and people leaders on company initiatives, training, and development.

About you:



  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Senior P&C Business Partner.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience providing bid support to organisations.
  • Knowledge of relevant enterprise agreement legislation and understanding of Union agreements.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent collaborative skills.
