Job Description:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our top agents, including managing listings, coordinating open houses, and handling client inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, helping to create memorable experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Organisation and Efficiency: Maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency in our operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed promptly and accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in real estate administration or sales support is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, social media, and other tech tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
