About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering construction contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial construction practices and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to coordinate contract administration tasks
  • Negotiate and manage contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Track project expenditure and progress claims
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
