About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supported Independent Living Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional support services. Our ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build trusting relationships, assess risks, and solve problems.

This role requires a commitment to promoting the dignity, wellbeing, and independence of our participants. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting our Support Workers, while also ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as computing skills.
  • Above average proficiency in the English language.
  • The ability to build strong and trusting relationships with adults, children, and young people.
  • A reliable car and willingness to travel within Sydney Metro.
  • The ability to proactively assess risks and solve problems.
  • Excellent professional boundaries and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work in high-stress situations.
  • Experience working within a team environment and independently.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
