Supporting Independence
We are seeking passionate and empathetic professionals to support individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal care, and medication management.
- Foster creativity through art, cooking, or gardening activities.
- Contribute to maintaining clients' health and wellbeing through yoga or gym participation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Disability Support Practitioner to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-4 days per week availability, with hours between 9am and 3pm.
- A valid NSW driver's license (P2 or full).
