We are seeking highly skilled geotechnical engineers to play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and safety of underground and open-pit mines.

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to design and install ground support systems, conduct QAQC, and assess stope stability.

About You

  • You hold a degree in geotechnical engineering or geology, or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years' mining experience.
  • You are proficient in computer software including MS Office, Vulcan, Deswik, RocScience Suite, and Leapfrog.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and install ground support systems.
  • Conduct QAQC and assess stope stability.
  • Provide geotechnical/geological input into operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering or geology, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years' mining experience.

  • Postgraduate degree in geotechnical engineering or geology.
