Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Customer Experience team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our Manager, Cabin Crew and the Cabin Crew Leadership Team. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our Victorian and South Australian Cabin Crew bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will act as a key point of contact for our VIC and SA bases, responding to a broad range of queries in a timely manner.
  • You will communicate crew performance and operational concerns to relevant stakeholders as required.
  • You will provide administrative support to our Cabin Crew leaders (Crew Performance Managers).
  • You will represent the Customer Experience team by building positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You will have proven experience in a key Administrator role, demonstrating a combination of admin/organisation and management of multiple stakeholders.
  • You will have exposure or understanding of payroll processes (desired).
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will have high level computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • You will have high level attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
