Responsibilities
  • Provide essential support in the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platforms, working closely with a dynamic eCommerce team to ensure a best-in-class digital customer experience.
  • Support process improvements and assist with ongoing optimization of the customer journey online.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver timely, accurate updates and content for online channels.
Qualifications
  • Organised and process-driven, with a passion for the customer journey and experience.
  • A strong online native, with curiosity for technology and continuous improvement.
  • A strong problem solver that can spot issues and suggest solutions on the fly.
  • Highly personable with the ability to develop interpersonal relationships across departments.
  • Exposure to HTML/CSS and awareness of SEO and Google Analytics is ideal but not essential; if you are inquisitive and ready to learn, we can teach you.
