  • As a Global Remuneration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting annual reviews of salary and benefits for overseas staff using actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments. Additionally, you will maintain and enhance a complex Excel-based remuneration model ensuring data integrity and performance.

  • Furthermore, you will ensure the completeness and accuracy of data documenting assumptions and methodologies for audit purposes. Your strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data will enable you to provide strategic advice to senior staff on local context for salary decisions.

  • You will also lead the procurement of high-quality remuneration data from external suppliers. High-level technical expertise in HR, accounting, and advanced data analysis using Excel (including PowerQuery) are essential requirements for this position.

  • Experience in remuneration analysis preferably within a large, complex organization is highly valued. You should possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills as well as Australian citizenship and a valid Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance.
