About the Role

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced remuneration or HR analytics professional with advanced Excel/PowerQuery skills to take on a challenging role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting annual reviews of remuneration (salary and benefits) across 100+ overseas missions. They will apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments, maintaining and enhancing the Excel-based remuneration model (incl. PowerQuery).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough annual reviews of remuneration (salary and benefits) across multiple overseas missions.
  • Analyze actuarial data and market intelligence to inform salary adjustments.
  • Develop and maintain an Excel-based remuneration model, incorporating PowerQuery for efficient data analysis.
  • Perform annual rollovers, remap connections, validate formulas, and enhance usability.
  • Evaluate the completeness and accuracy of data, ensuring clear documentation for audit and approvals.
  • Procure and integrate market remuneration data, collaborating with external providers.
  • Manage global remuneration surveys, tracking and validating returns.
  • Provide expert advice on remuneration strategy, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Work collaboratively with overseas posts and internal teams to incorporate local context.
