The Role of a Visual Standards Expert
We are seeking an experienced visual standards expert to join our team and lead the development and implementation of brand standards in aesthetics, safety, operational efficiency, cost, and design across multiple retail brands.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Creating comprehensive plans for brand visual identity, including typography, color palettes, and logo usage.
- Ensuring all applicable legislative requirements are considered and incorporated into designs.
- Managing the documentation process for brand standards, including guidelines, style sheets, and templates.
- Overseeing information sharing with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
- Participating in site visits to review brand standards and ensure safety compliance.
About You and Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail planning, design, commercial, and financial management.
- Able to manage construction consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders or large groups.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with knowledge of industry-standard software.
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
