Visual Identity Specialist

This role involves overseeing the management of brand standards across multiple Coles brands, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive guidelines for visual identity, aesthetic appeal, and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless information sharing
- Conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with safety standards
- Manage documentation processes for typicals, standard drawings, and visual identity documents
- Proven experience in retail planning, design, commercial, and financial understanding
- Ability to lead construction consultants, including architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors
- Experience presenting to senior leaders or large groups
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software
- Understanding of key metrics required for Return on Equity improvement
