Job Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer role is a pivotal position within the creative team, responsible for developing and championing the brand's visual identity across all channels. This includes overseeing the creative design of marketing assets, ensuring consistency and quality in every aspect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative concept development, design, and finished artwork for marketing campaigns, brand toolkits, web content, and promotional assets.
  • Partner with the Head of Creative to interpret brand strategy into inspiring, commercially effective creative executions.
  • Develop and maintain T2's brand visual identity guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels and markets.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, digital teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality, channel-optimised creative.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other creative team members, promoting a culture of creativity and innovation.
