About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Lead to join our team in Southern Queensland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and driving business growth through strategic sales planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bld and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and architects in Southern Queensland.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present products to internal teams and conduct technical sessions with stakeholders annually.
  • Maintain and lead ambassador programs across retail stores.
  • Effectively manage contracts and project data using CRM platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in winning commercial specifications with architects and managing builder relationships.
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities to influence others effectively.
  • Ability to travel across Southern Queensland as required.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and build relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
