We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Consumer Products Manager to drive growth in the Consumer Products team across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will focus on driving business development, executing high-impact strategies, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CP team.

Your Impact:
  • Create overall strategic plans for consumer products business and lead the development and execution of business plans.
  • Conduct financial and market analysis of product categories and potential licensees to determine opportunity for growth of consumer products.
  • Identify new licensing/product development opportunities with established licensees as well as sourcing new partners.
  • Establish and manage licensee and growth targets and optimize business through planning and review meetings.
  • Contract management and forecasting responsibility for assigned categories.
  • Develop strong retailer relationships at the buyer level (and above) to drive retail buying commitment for Mattel consumer products and new business opportunities.
  • Partner with regional/global CP, Marketing, and Sales teams to launch new licensed products and align on category and business objectives.
