We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and grow clients in the Retail and Industrial sectors in Australia. This role involves managing account growth and performance, building relationships, and realizing value.

Location: Melbourne, however, open to Sydney based candidates as well

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own account strategy and client relationships to maximize business development and revenue.
  • Sell IT services to Retail and Industrial sectors in Australia.
  • Cultivate and grow large-scale relationships for new and existing accounts.
  • Identify prospective clients and create a go-to-market plan for Australia.
  • Generate business from new accounts and drive customer relationships into multi-million-dollar engagements.
  • Enhance business from existing accounts and achieve consistent contribution and collection norms.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with project teams.
  • Build credibility and gain market share in the territory.
  • Understand technology and vertical platforms to strategize and craft solutions with pre-sales teams.
  • Omnichannel Systems Management: Integrate data across various online and offline channels to ensure consistent inventory levels, pricing, and customer information.
  • Legacy Systems Integration: Update or replace legacy systems without disrupting day-to-day operations.
  • Cybersecurity: Provide robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive customer data.
  • Managed Cloud Services: Offer a scalable, flexible, and secure environment for Retail Management Systems.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience selling IT services in Australia.
  • Significant experience selling IT solutions to the Retail/Consumer Goods industry in Australia.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Proven ability to build and expand new relationships.
  • Working knowledge of off-shore/far-site models.
