As an Operations Support Specialist in our Mount Isa team, you will provide administrative support and customer service to personnel at our mining client site. Your role will involve supporting the Cardax facilities with access control systems, ensuring efficient processing site access for employees, contractors, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for site access and card creation using Gallagher Command Centre.
  • Front-of-house duties will include answering phones, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service to workers, contractors, and visitors.
  • You will also be involved in visitor sign-in procedures and issuing visitor passes.

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • You must be physically fit and able to pass a medical examination.
  • A successful Drug & Alcohol screening is also required.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $88,000 per annum (approximate).
  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule, including every second Saturday (50-54 hours/week).
  • A sign-on bonus of $1,000 and retention bonus of $750 (based on return of service).
