**About the Role**
We're on the lookout for an experienced Workplace Health and Safety Advisor who's ready to make a real impact. Based at our Brisbane Support Office, you'll be at the heart of injury management, wellness, and WHS support for our fast-paced emergency veterinary teams. This is a critical role with a compassionate mission—helping ensure our team members are healthy, supported, and safe in everything they do.

The WHS Advisor role is a permanent part-time opportunity with a minimum 60hrs per fortnight.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead early intervention efforts, manage injury claims, and support recovery plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Liaise with WorkCover, insurers, and healthcare providers, ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
- Help drive positive change by supporting mental health initiatives and promoting a proactive, caring safety culture.
- Assist in investigating workplace incidents, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and support WHS reporting through modern systems and Microsoft Office tools.

**About You**
- Certificate as a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator (essential)
- 1-2 years' experience in injury and rehab management
- 3+ years' experience in WHS
- Strong knowledge of legislative frameworks and best practices
- Collaborative, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills
- Hold a qualification in WHS, Human Resources, or similar (desirable but not essential)
