Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Activation Manager to lead our shopper marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic planning, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the shopper strategy for personal care products, ensuring alignment with brand playbooks and delivering results that meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and retailers, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the personal care portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform shopper engagement strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance personal care brand visibility at healthcare professional conferences and retailer events.
  • Manage the creation and production of all personal care brand assets, including online content, catalogues, point-of-sale materials, permanent stands, and retailer merchandising units.
  • Track and report on the performance of shopper engagement programs, identifying areas for improvement and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shopper marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
