Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving shopper activation strategies that bring our iconic beer brands to life.

This is a rare opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams and shape shopper plans grounded in deep insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Customer Marketing Manager and Brand, Category, and Customer teams to develop innovative shopper marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, manage, and execute high-impact shopper marketing activities across multiple channels and retailers.
  • Ensure brand strategies and shopper marketing principles are upheld at all times.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external agencies and suppliers to deliver Best-in-Class creative ideation and roll out.
  • Oversee internal and external projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and strategy.
  • Coach and develop Activation Executives to achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shopper marketing, brand marketing, or category management.
  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and path to purchase.
  • Proven track record of delivering growth across diverse customers and channels.
  • Excellent presentation, project, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Results-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to multi-task.
