Strategic Implementation Manager

As a key member of the newly formed ICT Strategy Implementation Office, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as the Strategy Realisation & Monitoring Lead.
This critical role is responsible for developing the strategy realisation framework, providing strategic guidance and oversight of the Defence ICT Strategy, and ensuring effective execution and risk management.
- Develop and implement governance and risk management frameworks related to strategy implementation, promoting robust decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks to relevant governance forums for resolution, ensuring proactive risk mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in coordinating executive briefings on performance measures, risks, and strategy implementation progress, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Significant stakeholder management expertise, fostering strong relationships and driving collaborative results.
- Extensive experience in identifying, tracking, and monitoring risks, with a focus on predictive analytics and strategic planning.
