Job Title: Aftersales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our aftersales service strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and planning strategies, designing quarterly and annual plans, and supervising their implementation.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Researching and planning aftersales service strategies;
  • Designing quarterly and annual aftersales service plans, and supervising their implementation;
  • Planning and researching CSI programs, and being responsible for the formulation and implementation of improvement plans;
  • Overseeing technical ability improvement plans for general agents and distributors, continuously improving terminal technical maintenance capacity;
  • Collections and analysis of aftersales service information of competitors, Chery service stations, and various markets;
  • Maintaining quality information management of aftermarket including general agent/sales region, etc., and analyzing quality problems returned from the market;
  • Responsible for closed-loop management of customer complaints;
  • Bid, plan, and supervise aftersales service network planning and construction;
  • Manage the whole service team, including Spare Parts Manager, Technical Manager, and Warranty Client. Also responsible for the KPIs of the entire service team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above;
  • Experience: more than 5 years of related work experience in automotive;
  • Language requirement: English;
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the Region;
  • Strong management experience of a service Team.
