Logistics Aftersales Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive logistics coordinator to manage post-sale operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing returns, credits, and repairs for stores and customers.
  • Conducting quality control assessments on returned products at our distribution centre.
  • Inspecting and verifying returned products for resale eligibility or proper storage.
  • Reconciling returned quantities with documentation and processing inventory transfers in SAP.
  • Collaborating with Customer Service to resolve return-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing recall products and coordinating returns with warehouse management.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all returns and exchanges in the database.
  • Ensuring timely handling and storage of returned products according to corporate standards.

Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator or Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of general warehouse operations and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with RF scanners (an advantage).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Previous experience using SAP with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Experience using manual and basic power tools (an advantage).
