**Job Opportunity: Service and Aftersales Technician**

**Location**:Western Sydney, Australia (Interstate travel)

With years of experience and numerous successful installations, they provide reliable systems that deliver undisputed accuracy to safeguard people, products, machinery, and property across various sectors including oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, food and beverages, pharmaceutical, and water treatment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-house and on-site servicing.
- Perform field commissioning after full training.
- Carry out warranty repairs.
- Inspect and test all new instruments.
- Calibrate detector services.
- Program controllers.
- Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure the latest software versions and interface tools are utilized.
- Maintain and safeguard workshop tools.
- Order workshop miscellaneous parts.
- Provide technical support to customers on products and systems as needed.
- Maintain CRM with service-related contracts.
- Maintain daily communication.
- Collaborate with internal support personnel to accurately price and quote service visits.

**Requirements**:

- Trade, diploma, or degree qualification in electrical or electronic engineering.
- Proven Field Service experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- NSW Electrical Worker's license highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and deliver efficient and reliable service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
