Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Therapeutic Specialist. This role presents an exciting opportunity for you to represent our products and services to healthcare professionals in NSW North, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.

About the Role:

This position requires a high level of product and therapeutic disease knowledge, enabling you to develop comprehensive account plans and promote the appropriate use of our products among healthcare professionals. You'll be working closely with our Sales Team to achieve business objectives, while also adopting an omni-channel approach to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving and growing ongoing sales targets in assigned territory
  • Promotion of our products to healthcare professionals
  • Developing and adapting business plans for your territory, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Market analysis and data interpretation to inform strategic decisions
  • Emotional intelligence and patient-centric problem-solving skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive company success
  • Effective networking with thought leaders
  • Administrative tasks, including customer database management and expense reporting
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales (>7 years)
  • Strong key account management skills (>5 years)
  • Technical expertise in product knowledge and patient needs
  • Established relationships with KOLs and PAGs within the territory
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
