Leadership Opportunity in Therapeutic Expertise

We are a global Contract Research Organization (CRO) dedicated to advancing clinical research through scientific expertise and operational excellence.

Our therapeutic expertise spans renal, cardiometabolic, and oncology—areas where we make a significant impact on improving global health.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as an operational expert in the relevant area of therapeutic expertise and is responsible for developing strategies to support new business proposals and delivering contracted work in clinical trials within their therapeutic area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Strategy: Develop innovative delivery strategies and solutions for Early and Late Phase studies or programs that leverage our expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.
  • New Business: Collaborate with Business Development to evaluate and manage new opportunities, prepare for customer-facing meetings, and develop project budgets aligned with the requested project strategy.
  • Project Delivery: Act as project champion for awarded projects within the relevant therapeutic area, guide Project Leads through comprehensive handover of awarded projects, and define the project team profile and organizational structure.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of global clinical research experience, including proven track record in hands-on operational project delivery and/or drug development experience.
  • Expert experience in one or more operational areas and ability to understand and implement projects within assigned area of expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, have difficult conversations, negotiate solutions, and understand impacts on the overall offering.
