About This Role

This Therapeutic Specialist represents our products and services to a defined customer base in NSW North. You will meet with healthcare professionals in their workplace, promoting the appropriate use of our products and adopting an omnichannel approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieving ongoing sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Promoting our products to healthcare professionals.
  • Developing business plans for your territory and communicating required actions to achieve goals.
  • Interpreting market data to inform sales strategies.
  • Demonstrating emotional intelligence with a patient-centric approach when problem-solving.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive company success.
  • Completing administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in selling within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven key account management skills.
  • Technical expertise in product, therapeutic classes, and patient needs.
  • Strong relationships with key opinion leaders and physician advisory groups.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
