We are seeking a motivated and experienced **RTO Coordinator **to provide administrative and coordination support of Safety Training functions within our Registered Training Organisation (50737) based at the WesTrac Institute in South Guildford on a 12-month fixed term basis.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in coordinating schedules and planning work for multiple stakeholders and customers
- Computer literacy - MS suite and the ability to use and develop templates
- Exposure working within an RTO/Training environment - highly desirable
- Experience in Student and Learning Management Systems - preferably aXcelerate and SuccessFactors
- Travel booking systems experience and logistics planning
