Project Coordinator Role
">This role offers the opportunity to provide general administrative services at a business level. Each day, you will perform general administrative activities and showcase your expertise by providing backup support to the team in case of workload.
The work model for this role is Hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Entering new sales order information into SAP
- Assisting Contracts Managers or Project Managers in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during project execution
- Supporting the Service Manager with allocated tasks related to the delivery of goods and services to clients
- Acknowledging the receipt and processing of supplier invoices to specific jobs and projects
- Preparing paperwork and catering for project factory testing visits or other similar activities
- Organizing materials for meetings, presentations, and training sessions
- Assisting with general project logistics, booking travel and couriers
This position reports to Head of Project Management - Energy Industries AU. The required skills and qualifications include:
- University/Technical college degree in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP and administrative skills
- Good hold on communication both oral and written
- Ability to work in a team environment
