**Sabine's Home Care Services** is a leading provider of home care services, known for our commitment to excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking an experienced **Administration Coordinator** to support and enhance our daily operations, with a strong focus on staff rostering, assisting with ongoing compliance, training portal and onboarding.
In this varied and pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery through effective roster coordination and administration, while also contributing to staff compliance, induction, and training programs. You won't be managing other staff, but you'll be working closely with our team to make sure they have everything they need to deliver outstanding care.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Coordinating daily administrative and reception activities to support smooth operations.
- Managing client and staff rosters, including last-minute changes and replacements.
- Providing high-level administrative support to management and team members.
- Monitoring and tracking staff training, certification, and compliance requirements.
- Assisting with staff onboarding, induction, and maintaining personnel documentation.
- Supporting quality and compliance initiatives, including audit preparation and documentation accuracy.
- Assisting with continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Stepping in to assist during peak periods, leave cover, or increased workloads.
**What You Bring**:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, rostering, or coordination— within the aged care, healthcare, or community services sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and rostering software.
- A solid understanding of industrial awards, rostering systems, and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Experience or interest in staff training coordination and compliance monitoring.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and professional phone manner.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexibility to assist with extra hours when needed (e.g., covering sick or holiday leave).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (min 3 doses), and open to annual influenza vaccination.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $31.36 per hour
