Senior Partnership Lead

The Senior Partnership Lead is a key position responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnership opportunities with corporates, trusts, foundations, and fundraisers to gain financial and pro-bono support.
  • Partnership Management (70%): Develop and maintain effective relationships with partners to ensure successful delivery of programs.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration (30%): Support the communication team in developing marketing strategies, support the CEO office for communication initiatives, and contribute to innovation projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Operations or Social Sciences preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience in operations roles, with at least 7 years in leadership positions managing large teams.
  • Leadership experience in social sector roles highly valued.
