Senior Business Executive - Construction and Building

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Executive to lead our Construction and Building division. This strategic leadership position requires a deep understanding of operational efficiency, strong project management skills, and excellent team leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage resources to achieve project schedules and deliverables
  • Lead a team of experienced construction professionals
  • Oversee sub-contractor management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Develop and implement strategies for cost control, scheduling, and profit optimization
  • Close projects on time and budget while meeting or exceeding client expectations

Required Attributes and Experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding of construction management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Minimum five years' experience as a Construction Manager, with a strong background in business management and leadership
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives
  • Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) or equivalent qualification
