Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced facilitator to support the development of strong relationships between educators, schools and communities. This role is a key part of our regional office team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective partnerships with stakeholders to implement place-based approaches to improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan implementation of initiatives, including monitoring and evaluation to improve performance within the region.
  • Maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on early years priorities relating to early childhood.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the ECEC sector, preferably in a facilitation or partnership role.
  • Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and tools to improve the quality of early childhood education programs.
