We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Expert to join our team in the superannuation and financial services sector.

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to work with some of Australia's most prominent industry, retail and public sector superannuation funds. As a senior regulatory expert, you will be responsible for advising on major regulatory change projects, assisting clients with their response to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, and providing guidance on complex superannuation fund mergers.

You will have experience working in superannuation or financial services, ideally from a leading top tier firm or an in-house team. You will possess excellent academics and a passion for specialising in superannuation and financial services regulatory work. Your strong analytical skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, will enable you to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities
  • Advising superannuation and financial services clients on major regulatory change projects;
  • Assisting clients with their response to regulatory investigations and prosecutions;
  • Providing guidance on complex superannuation fund mergers;
