**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Expert Building Regulatory Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the delivery of expert technical and regulatory advice in the field of building surveying.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert technical and regulatory advice on building matters to senior stakeholders and government departments.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the regulatory environment, identifying trends, issues, risks and impacts, and develop solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across a range of technical elements of compliance, guidance and interpretation of building codes and standards.
  • Support projects associated with the review, evaluation and revision of building legislation and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Degree in a relevant field such as building surveying or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in providing expert technical and regulatory advice in the field of building surveying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
