Loan Originator

As a Loan Originator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process. This entails building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and tailoring lending solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire loan process from initial application through to settlement.
  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships, identifying their financial needs and structuring suitable loan products.
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to streamline loan processing and ensure timely settlements.
  • Establish partnerships with lenders to secure the most favorable lending options for clients.
  • Provide extensive support to small business owners and self-employed individuals, analyzing their financials and developing customized lending solutions that cater to their unique needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage broking or a related field.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (with a commitment to pursuing a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management within the next year).
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of lender policies, loan structures, and compliance regulations.
  • Have expertise in servicing requirements for self-employed borrowers and small businesses.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze financial statements and income structures to identify suitable lending solutions.
