We are looking for a Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a key player in our financial services business, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the entire loan process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored lending solutions.
  • Partnering with administrative support teams to streamline loan processing and improve client engagement.
  • Liaising with banks and lenders to secure the most suitable lending options for clients.
  • Working closely with SMEs and self-employed clients to provide customised lending solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mortgage Broker.
  • Strong knowledge of lender policies, loan structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify suitable lending solutions for clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding client service.
