We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects across various sectors of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Construction Management: Oversee project execution, manage construction sites, address issues with trades and suppliers, and train staff.
  • Time Management & Reporting: Develop and update construction schedules, prepare status reports, and track performance to improve efficiency.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Implement quality control systems, ensure compliance with standards, and track project quality and defects.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, control costs, track profitability, and oversee subcontractor payments and variations.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and manage tendering and contract.
  • Project and Business Development: Foster client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to company growth and strategic initiatives.
