Salary Package
The successful applicant will receive a generous remuneration package that reflects their skills and experience. This includes a salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
Job Description
As a Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design development and planning of civil works
- Coordinating with supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines
- Working with the project team to arrange scoping, cost estimation, and preparation of new forecasts and budget allocations
- Identifying design and constructability issues and providing efficient solutions
- Managing procurement of all materials
- Liaising with clients, communities, councils, and service authorities
- Ensuring health and safety on site and maintaining quality assurance and compliance
- Understanding and incorporating client and external stakeholder requirements into project plans and execution
- Monitoring and reporting construction progress for adherence to project plans
About You
You will be an experienced Construction Project Manager with a degree qualification. As a strong communicator, you will have a keen focus on delivering high-quality projects. Your ability to prioritise and problem-solve while managing stakeholders' interests will be essential in this role.
