Salary Package

The successful applicant will receive a generous remuneration package that reflects their skills and experience. This includes a salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.

Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the design development and planning of civil works
  • Coordinating with supervisors, site engineers, and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines
  • Working with the project team to arrange scoping, cost estimation, and preparation of new forecasts and budget allocations
  • Identifying design and constructability issues and providing efficient solutions
  • Managing procurement of all materials
  • Liaising with clients, communities, councils, and service authorities
  • Ensuring health and safety on site and maintaining quality assurance and compliance
  • Understanding and incorporating client and external stakeholder requirements into project plans and execution
  • Monitoring and reporting construction progress for adherence to project plans

About You

You will be an experienced Construction Project Manager with a degree qualification. As a strong communicator, you will have a keen focus on delivering high-quality projects. Your ability to prioritise and problem-solve while managing stakeholders' interests will be essential in this role.
