About the Position

As a key member of the Ivory Group team, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on-site, working closely with the Site Manager and other team members to ensure timely delivery and compliance with WHS legislation. You will have a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving the project from start to finish.

Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the project site, ensuring seamless operations and efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and implement effective WHS management strategies, maintaining a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Conduct regular site inductions and toolbox talks, promoting a culture of safety and open communication.

Requirements

• Trade qualification and extensive experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals.
• High-rise residential experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
