About this role: We're seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our Maroubra practice. As a key team member, you will provide high-quality customer service and manage the busy front desk reception.
The Opportunity:
As a Casual Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, collecting and entering patient details, scheduling appointments (when required), answering telephone calls and enquiries, and providing administration support.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional and personable telephone manner
- Detail-orientated
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage
