We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team in Maroubra. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk reception, welcoming patients, and providing high-quality customer service.
- Greeting patients and ensuring a warm welcome.
- Managing patient information and entering details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments as required.
- Responding to telephone calls and enquiries promptly.
- Providing administrative support and performing other ad-hoc duties.
