Job Title: Senior Community Experience Coordinator

This part-time position involves working on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, with an additional day required at another location on Tuesdays. As a Senior Community Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering activity programs that offer varied experiences for residents, including those with dementia or special needs.

  • Delivering engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents;
  • Providing a non-threatening atmosphere where residents can express their beliefs, wishes and desires;
  • Maintaining a safe and pleasant working environment, adhering to policies and procedures;
  • Supporting individual assessments of resident lifestyle history needs;
  • Liaising with drivers and administration staff to coordinate outings;
  • Participating in case conferences and assisting with program evaluation and development.
